What if the colour of an ordered item is slightly different from what I saw online?
We photograph our products as accurately as possible, without using filters. Colour can still vary slightly depending on your phone or computer screen. If you are unhappy with your order, we will be happy to help with a return or exchange.

How do I know if my order went through?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email straight away. If you notice any mistakes, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right. If you have not received the email, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do this?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. We process and dispatch orders quickly, usually within one working day for in stock items. Once your parcel has been processed and handed over to the carrier, we are unable to make changes.
When will I receive my order?
Most deliveries take 7 to 9 working days. We will always provide a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time. If dispatch is taking longer than expected, we will keep you updated by email.

Most orders arrive within the expected delivery time, but delays can occasionally happen. You can check your order status using the tracking link below:

If you still have not received your parcel 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will help.
I am missing some items from my order. How is that possible?
Sometimes items may arrive separately, as our team works from different warehouses. If something is missing, please wait 2 to 3 days before contacting us. The remaining items usually arrive within that time. If they have not arrived within 3 to 4 days, please email us.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all UK orders.
Returns & exchanges
What should I do if the size is different from what I ordered?
Please note the measurements in the size guide can vary by around 0.4 to 0.8 inches due to normal production tolerances. Each product has its own size guide on the product page. If the item does not fit as expected, you can return it. Please check our Returns Policy for details.
I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Yes. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day it is delivered.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: rings and necklaces, socks, and caps.
