How can I be sure my order has been placed?
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email straight away at the email address you provided. Please check all details are correct and contact us as soon as possible if anything looks wrong. If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please get in touch with us.
When can I expect my order?
For deliveries within the UK, our standard delivery time is 7–9 working days. You’ll always receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time. If delivery takes longer than expected, we’ll keep you updated by email.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 30 working days. You can track your return using the tracking link from the carrier, which will show when your parcel has arrived at our warehouse. The 30 working days start from the day your return is delivered to our warehouse.
When your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
